Grounds person / Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Head Grounds person to help maintain our caravan park to a high standard.

Key duties include:

Grounds maintenance and general DIY/repairs Supervising and supporting a small team Maintaining machinery, equipment, and tools Hot tub maintenance (training available) Ensuring the park is clean, safe, and well-presented Maintaining high Health & Safety standards across the park Providing on-call cover as part of a rota
About you:

Practical, reliable, and detail-focused Good understanding of Health & Safety in a working environment Confident with tools, machinery, and outdoor work Experience leading or managing a small team
Full-time role. Competitive pay based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.75-13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 46 per week

Work Location: In person
