Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking
Groundsman & Farm Hand
to join our team. This full-time role involves a variety of tasks across our caravan parks and working farm. If you enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and have hands-on experience with machinery and maintenance, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
Assist with various duties on the caravan parks and the farm Operate and maintain machinery and equipment (tractor driving is essential, however training will be provided) Perform general groundskeeping duties to keep the parks and farm clean and presentable Build, repair, and maintain structures as needed across the property Carry out routine maintenance on tools and equipment
Experience & Skills:
Prior experience on a farm or in a similar outdoor role is preferred Mechanical knowledge and ability to maintain and operate equipment safely Proficient in using hand and power tools Familiarity with groundskeeping, garden, and landscape maintenance Ability to problem-solve and work independently or within a team
Additional Requirements:
Strong work ethic and dependable attitude Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
