We're looking for experienced Finishing Groundworkers to join our growing team and help us deliver the high-quality infrastructure projects Coinford is known for. What You'll Be Doing
Finishing & External Works
Carry out
kerbing, edging, slab laying, and block paving
to a high standard. Prepare and finishfootpaths, driveways, and external landscaping
areas. Lay and finishconcrete works
, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Assist withfinal drainage connections
and finishing touches to completed works.Site Work & Safety
Read and interpret
technical drawings and site plans
accurately. Work safely around live services and follow allhealth & safety procedures
. Carry outdaily checks
on plant and tools, reporting any issues promptly. Collaborate with other trades to ensure smooth site progress and timely completion.Desirable Experience
Solid understanding of
materials, levels, and tolerances
in finishing works. Knowledge ofunderground drainage, road formation, and hard/soft landscaping
. Experience in deep drainage or concrete frame projects is a bonus.What We're Looking For
5-10+ years' experience
in groundworks, with strong finishing skills.Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
individuals. A good team player who takes pride in delivering top-quality results. ValidRight to Work in the UK
.CPCS/NPORS
(CSCS-affiliated) tickets for Telehandlers, Dumpers, or Rollers are desirable. Experiencedworking gangs or teams
