Groundworker – Full Time (employed Or Self Employed)

Job Description
We are well-established company based in Blofield. With a small team of 8 people, we specialise in high-quality domestic projects including new builds, home extensions, basements, and landscaping.
We're looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our small team. The role will involve working across a few sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting Out Excavation of footings and basements Laying foundations and drainage systems General groundworks and site preparation Landscaping tasks (e.g. patios, turfing, driveways) Supporting other trades where needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in groundwork and construction Ability to read site plans and follow instructions Comfortable using tools and machinery (digger, tele handler and dumper experience a plus) Physically fit, dependable, and a team player Driving licence required; CSCS card preferred
