Groundworker/ Bricklaying Supervisor

The applicant must have leadership skills with a positive attitude to uplift team and drive works on the projects involved with.

We are looking for either an experienced Groundworker, Bricklayer or both to act as working foreman/supervisor on our high-end refurbishment & building works. Our domestic projects include New Builds, Large extensions, Loft Conversions & Bespoke Renovations.

Immediate Start.

Candidates must be competent in all aspects of Groundworks, Drainage, Bricklaying including brickwork, blockwork and ideally external works such as setting out, footings, substructure works, laying slab, porcelain & paving, but not all essential etc. Other skills onsite would greatly benefit the candidate.

The candidate must have the drive to grow within the company as opportunities for promotion to site manager will be offered to team within the business initiallyy

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge, skill and workmanship Positive leadership skills At least 5 years experience Be able to complete with speed and precision Be reliable, punctual, hardworking and maintain a professional attitude to all tasks Have own tools and transport
