O'Halloran & O'Brien are looking for an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join our team in the southern counties. You will need to have an extensive background within groundworks in particular and have a strong portfolio of work on large house-building projects. You will also need to have a strong presence on-site and an experienced team of men.

Role & Responsibilities:

Typical duties for the Groundworks Foreman will include:

Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety Keeping site diaries Toolbox talks Liaising and working with the client Quality Assurance. Managing sub-contractors. Managing the labour and putting men to work. Ensuring all paperwork is filed and organised.

Requirements

You will need to have an extensive background within groundworks in particular, and have a strong portfolio of work on large house building projects.

CSCS card. SMSTS/SSSTS First Aid Experienced working for groundworks and civils sub-contractors.
