Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Groundworks Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role involves performing various tasks that require physical strength and technical skills in a dynamic work setting.
Duties
Carry out general labouring tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
Experience
Previous experience in general labouring is required. Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is advantageous. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or plans is beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
A valid driving licence is a must.
