Overview
We are seeking on behalf of a client of ours. An experienced Groundworks Supervisor for a project in Aldermaston RG7.
Responsibilities
Oversee groundwork operations including drainage, kerbing, paving and excavation. Supervise and manage a team of workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met. Report any issues or concerns regarding site conditions or equipment to management promptly.
Experience
Previous experience in groundwork or a related field is essential. Proven ability to supervise and manage teams effectively. Familiarity with construction tools, machinery, and safety protocols. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. A Gold CSCS Card is required. Minimum NVQ Level 3 Occupational Supervisor First Aid at Work Qualification is required.
