About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Groundworks Supervisor
to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing groundworks teams on site, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.Key Responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating groundworkers and subcontractors on site Ensuring health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times Monitoring progress and quality of work against project plans Managing materials, plant, and equipment on site Liaising with site managers, engineers, and clients Reporting daily progress and resolving on-site issues promptly
Requirements
Proven experience as a Groundworks Supervisor or similar role Strong knowledge of groundworks, drainage, and civils Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings CSCS card required (SSSTS / SMSTS desirable) Full UK driving licence
