We are seeking an experienced
Groundworks Supervisor
to oversee a small team of 3 groundworkers (supplied by us) on an active construction site. The current project involvesunderpinning works
, so prior experience in underpinning is essential.Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3 groundworkers. Ensure underpinning works are carried out safely and to specification. Monitor progress and report to site management. Maintain site safety, compliance, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Groundworks Supervisor. Strong background in
underpinning
. Ability to manage and direct a small team effectively. Good communication and site management skills. CSCS (and other relevant site tickets/certifications) preferred.Groundworks supervisor
