Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Group Account Manager to join our team. As a Group Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with allocated client-base to foster loyal clients.
Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level
Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts client-base to up-sell and cross-sell our services
Attend networking events and meetings in order to build client-base.
Attend site to review scope of works to provide costings.
Manage and solve conflicts with clients
Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
Liaise with Operations Manager for information regarding daily operations of the Company and keep the Client updated establish budgets with the client and company
The organisation of client feedback
Keep CRM updated with client activity
Generating accurate reports and status notifications
Any other duties as may be reasonably requested
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Salesforce management and driving sales growth
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 36,000.00-42,000.00 per year
