We're now seeking a Group Bookkeeper to support our expanding operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our financial systems.

Working closely with the Director of Operations & Development, Registered Managers, and external accountants, you'll maintain group financial records, prepare monthly management information (MI) packs, reconcile Sage data, monitor budgets, and support payroll and agency-spend reporting.
This role will suit someone with a strong bookkeeping background, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with Sage or similar accounting software. Experience in a CQC-regulated or multi-site care environment is desirable, and AAT qualification or equivalent is advantageous.

A Successful Candidate Should Have

Essential:
Proven bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration experience.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) and confidence working with spreadsheets and databases.
Excellent numeracy, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines across multiple sites.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Desirable:
Experience within the
health and social care
sector or a
CQC-regulated environment
.
AAT qualification or equivalent bookkeeping certification.
Knowledge of payroll processes and workforce cost reporting.
Understanding of Sage data extraction and MI consolidation.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between care homes when required.
