Group Credit Manager

to lead our credit control operations across the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead

cash collection strategies

across the Group, ensuring timely payments. Oversee

aged debt

, credit limits, and reporting - with a laser focus on reducing risk. Manage

Applications for Payment (AFP)

and resolve disputes with ease. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive

payment performance

. Deliver regular

credit risk analysis

and high-impact reporting to senior leadership. Mentor and support your team with 1:1s, training plans, and leadership guidance. Identify and implement

process improvements

in credit control systems and procedures. Collaborate with IT and costing teams to enhance financial operations and accuracy. Provide critical support for audits, policy updates, and SOP documentation.

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven experience

managing a credit control team

, ideally in a group structure. Skilled in

Excel, Sage, Teams

, and financial systems. A sharp eye for

credit risk

, business process improvement, and team performance. Confident, professional communicator who thrives under pressure. A proactive leader who's detail-focused, process-driven, and results-oriented.
