Job Description

At Stats Perform, we combine the power of sports data and technology to create insights that shape the future of sport. We're looking for a Group Financial Controller to help lead our global finance transformation and bring operational excellence to our multi-entity environment.


You'll play a key leadership role in a 40+ person international finance team, primarily based in Katowice, Poland. Working closely with our London-based senior team, you'll take ownership of global consolidations, statutory compliance, and help implement a new, cloud-based ERP platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys fixing, building, and scaling.


What You'll Do



Lead global statutory reporting and multi-entity consolidation Build and embed scalable financial controls across our global operations Drive ERP and finance systems transformation (Oracle Cloud preferred) Oversee audits and compliance across multiple jurisdictions Collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, FP&A, Legal, and Ops teams Coach and lead a geographically distributed finance team

What You'll Bring



ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) qualified 7+ years in senior finance roles, with at least 3-4 years post-practice in industry Strong IFRS and multi-currency consolidation experience Comfortable working across time zones with remote teams Experience leading finance transformation or ERP implementations Excellent communication skills, with a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset
