We're looking for an inspiring

Group Fitness & Wellbeing Manager

to lead innovation, quality, and growth across our fitness, group exercise, and wellness services.


This senior role will see you:

Championing outstanding member experiences across multiple sites Driving growth in personal training, group fitness, and wellness initiatives Developing and supporting talented teams to deliver best-in-class services Building partnerships and leading community engagement to strengthen our brand

We want someone with proven multi-site leadership, strong commercial awareness, and a track record in fitness or wellbeing management--someone who can energise teams, engage members, and deliver impact.

Minimum Level 3 Fitness qualification
