The Role




As Group Health & Safety Manager you'll partner with senior leaders and divisional teams to deliver global Health & Safety improvement projects and embed best practice across Bodycote. Taking ownership of strategy execution, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement, you'll directly impact cultural maturity, compliance, and performance across all regions.

What we're looking for



NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent degree in Occupational Health & Safety (or related field) A solid, progressive Health & Safety background, including strong managerial experience Demonstrable delivery of complex, multi-site/global Health & Safety programs in heavy industry or manufacturing environments Strong understanding of Health & Safety management systems (ISO 45001), risk management, and safety leadership A collaborative and influential individual, comfortable building relationships across diverse stakeholders and cultures

Location & Work Pattern




This role can be based within Europe. It is a remote role, requiring 30-50% international and domestic travel.
