HR & Training Manager

to lead our people strategy and support our expanding team.

The Role

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll manage and organise HR operations across our dealerships. From recruitment and onboarding to training and compliance, you'll play a key part in shaping our employee experience and supporting our performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a people strategy aligned with business goals Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and conflict resolution Identify training needs and deliver impactful development programs Oversee performance reviews and support career progression Manage compensation, benefits, and HR documentation Ensure legal compliance with employment law and regulations Drive retention strategies and reduce staff turnover

Candidate Requirements

Proven HR experience (automotive sector knowledge is a plus) Strong understanding of HR practices and employment law CIPD qualification (or willingness to complete within 12 months) Tenacity and follow-through in training delivery and documentation Excellent organisation and time management skills High attention to detail and confident communication style Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism Full UK driving licence (for travel between sites)
