Job Summary:

The Group HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources strategy and operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, fostering a unified corporate culture, and aligning HR practices with the company's global business objectives, while navigating cultural differences and international workforce complexities.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Planning:


Develop and implement comprehensive group HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.

Talent Acquisition and Management:


Lead global recruitment efforts, identify high-potential talent across regions, and manage talent mobility initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:


Design and administer globally competitive compensation and benefits packages while considering local regulations and market practices.

Compliance Management:


Ensure adherence to all local employment laws and regulations across different countries.

Performance Management:


Establish and oversee a standardized performance management system for the global workforce.

Employee Development:


Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities across different regions.

Cultural Integration:


Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that respects diverse backgrounds and fosters collaboration across borders.

Labour Relations:


Manage employee relations issues on a global scale, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.

Reporting and Analysis:


Monitor key HR metrics and provide insights to leadership on workforce trends and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Deep understanding of international HR practices: Extensive knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and cultural nuances across different regions. Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive global HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Cross-cultural communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams across multiple locations. Analytical skills: Capability to analyse data and identify trends to inform HR decision-making. Project management skills: Ability to manage complex HR initiatives across different regions.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred). Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations. Exceptional problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Leadership and team management experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to changing workforce trends and drive innovation in HR practices.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
