About the Role


As our Group HR Partner, you will support with day-to-day HR administration, employee records, recruitment coordination, compliance tracking, and the delivery of consistent, timely support to our home managers and senior leadership team. This is a varied and hands-on role, requiring excellent organisation, discretion, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update HR records and databases across all services Support recruitment processes, including drafting job adverts, arranging interviews, and issuing offer letters and contracts Manage onboarding administration, ensuring timely completion of pre-employment checks (DBS, references, right to work etc.) Provide administrative support for employee relations casework and HR meetings (note-taking, document prep etc.) Assist in maintaining HR trackers, compliance logs and reporting data Respond to queries from managers and staff with a professional and solution-focused approach Support in HR related meetings. Support in the coordination of training records, appraisals and absence management reporting Support wider group projects and improvement initiatives under the guidance of the Group HR Lead

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience in an HR administrative or assistant role (essential) Strong working knowledge of MS Office and confidence using online systems Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy A confident communicator with a collaborative and professional manner Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately A flexible and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to travel to services when required CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards) would be an advantage but not essential
