Job Description

Key Responsibilities





Manage and process supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring all entries are authorised and accurate.



Reconcile supplier accounts and statements, resolving any discrepancies promptly and professionally.



Prepare and execute monthly supplier payment runs.



Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance automation.



Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams, providing excellent service and communication.

Experienced working in a busy, high-volume purchase ledger environment.



Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.



Confident, professional, and proactive in managing supplier relationships.



Able to prioritise and manage your own workload effectively to meet deadlines.

About The Role



About the Role :



We're looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to take ownership of our group accounts payable process -- ensuring our suppliers are paid accurately, on time, and with the highest level of professionalism.


You'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of our finance operations, driving improvements, and helping us get the most out of our systems through smarter processes and automation.
