Sales Manager

to lead our multi-venue sales operations and drive ambitious revenue growth across weddings, private events, corporate bookings, and premium stay experiences.

What You'll Do

Lead Sales Strategy:

Design and execute a high-impact sales plan that delivers consistent revenue growth across both venues.

Drive New Business:

Proactively generate and convert leads for weddings, celebrations, corporate events, and exclusive-use packages.

Inspire Teams:

Manage and mentor sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of performance, creativity, and accountability.

Own the Numbers:

Use CRM and PMS systems to track performance, forecast revenue, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Maximise Opportunities:

Champion key offerings like The Lodge Experience and private hire packages to boost conversion and profitability.

What You'll Bring

Proven success in luxury hospitality sales, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets. Strong leadership experience, ideally across multi-site teams. Commercial acumen and analytical skills to drive performance and identify growth opportunities. Experience with Zoho CRM and Guestline PMS (or similar systems). A confident, polished presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: 38,000.00-55,000.00 per year
