Your key responsibilities

As the

Groups and Events Coordinator

at Brown's Hotel, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our events business. You will lead the Groups & Events Services Team in managing all incoming group and event enquiries and converting them into seamless, successful sales. This role is perfect for a highly organised, proactive individual who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.


As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

Manage the end-to-end process of group bookings and event coordination Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor bespoke experiences Collaborate with the Sales, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure exceptional event delivery Drive revenue by maximising event conversions and upselling opportunities Maintain accurate event records and ensure smooth communication across departments Lead, support, and motivate the Events Services Team to meet targets and deliver outstanding service
