As

Group Sales Executive

, you will take the lead in quoting and processing group reservation enquiries for The Marylebone, The Kensington, and The Bloomsbury hotels. You will actively seek out and seize every sales opportunity, using your keen eye for detail and strong communication skills to maximise both occupancy and room rates.


You will be the main point of contact for group organisers, ensuring their requests are handled with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth. From the initial enquiry to the final booking, you will find smart, operational solutions that align with guest expectations while upholding the hotel's procedures and reflecting our company values.


You will also play a key part in building lasting relationships by following up on past bookers, re-engaging with lost business, and converting future leads into confirmed bookings. Your ability to nurture these connections will help drive repeat business and strengthen our reputation for exceptional service.
