Growth Marketer



We're looking for someone who loves blending creativity with smart strategy to help us spread the word about the South West's thriving tech scene. You'll be designing bold campaigns, experimenting with new ideas, and turning data into action that helps techSPARK grow its community, partnerships, and impact.

What you'll be doing



Creating multi-channel campaigns that excite audiences, generate high quality leads, and drive revenue. Mapping and improving user journeys across our digital channels from first click to long-term engagement. Crafting creative, persona-led content for founders, innovators, professionals, and investors. Building automated workflows and segmented campaigns in HubSpot to support scalable growth. Using analytics tools to understand performance and share insights that shape smarter decisions. Running A/B tests and experimenting with formats to boost engagement and conversions. Working hand in hand with the Partnerships Executive to support lead nurturing and conversion. Exploring new channels, content ideas, and growth tactics to increase our visibility and brand impact.

What you bring



5+ years' experience in growth or digital marketing within B2B, tech, or community-focused organisations. A track record of creating and scaling campaigns that deliver strong commercial results. Experience running full-funnel campaigns from insight and concept to execution and optimisation. Confident using CRM and marketing automation tools, ideally HubSpot. A commercial, data-savvy mindset and experience managing budgets and performance metrics. Strong communication skills and the ability to bring stories and ideas to life through content. An organised, proactive approach and confidence juggling multiple priorities. Genuine passion for technology, innovation, and experimenting with new ideas to create impact.

Growth in qualified leads, conversions, and engagement. Tangible contribution to commercial targets and brand growth. Continuous improvement in campaign performance and ROI. Strong collaboration with Partnerships and Delivery teams. Clear examples of experimentation, learning, and data-informed decision making.

Who you'll work with



You'll report to the Head of Growth and collaborate closely with the Partnerships Executive plus our Events, Delivery, and Community Leads. Together, you'll shape and deliver campaigns that support both commercial aims and community impact across the region.

Pay: 36,000.00-40,000.00 per year
