We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Demand Generation & Marketing Manager to build and execute a high-impact marketing strategy that drives qualified pipeline growth. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of marketing execution, reporting and CRM management - working closely with our Sales and Account Management team and reporting directly to the CEO.
You'll be responsible for developing campaigns, managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI. As the only dedicated marketing resource in the business, this role is pivotal in shaping how we generate demand, engage our ideal customer profile (ICP) and support revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Demand Generation & Campaigns
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, events and paid channels to meet monthly pipeline goals.
Develop targeted campaigns to engage ICP accounts and drive qualified leads.
Own the end-to-end lead funnel: from awareness and acquisition to nurture and conversion.
Optimise the online experience - including paid ads, website journeys and lead capture flows - to maximise conversion.
Collaborate with the CEO and CFO to define pipeline and lead generation targets; manage agreed budgets and demonstrate ROI through clear reporting.
CRM Ownership and Reporting
Own and manage Pipedrive CRM: ensure data integrity, user adoption and consistent usage across the business.
Create and maintain segmented lists, email nurture flows and campaign assets within the CRM.
Improve CRM reporting outputs to support sales forecasting, financial planning and performance tracking.
Deliver actionable insights from CRM data to inform sales strategy and business decisions.
Marketing Operations & Strategy
Build a lean, scalable marketing strategy focused on pipeline acceleration and conversion.
Audit and optimise messaging, conversion flows and nurture programs.
Work at pace to deliver high-quality outputs - balancing urgency with precision.
Partner with Sales and Account Management to align campaign execution with commercial goals and client engagement strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within the IT MSP industry.
Proven track record delivering pipeline growth and measurable marketing ROI.
Strong experience with CRM platforms - preferably Pipedrive - and marketing automation tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build reports and optimise performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently, prioritise effectively and deliver with urgency.
Collaborative team player who can partner effectively with Sales, Finance and Leadership.
Experience managing and maintaining website CMS systems is preferable (current website built on Wordpress/Elementor)
