Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled GRP Laminator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the production of our swimming pool and spa shells, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Operate power tools and hand tools for the fabrication and assembly of GRP components. Prepare and apply resin, ensuring proper mixing and application techniques are followed. Experience in using and applying with chopper guns Assemble various parts and components, ensuring accuracy and quality in the final product. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure precise measurements during production. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the laminating process, utilising mechanical knowledge for effective solutions.

Skills

Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to GRP laminating. Experience in using and applying GRP using chopper gun. Strong basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Solid mechanical knowledge to understand machinery and equipment used in production. Capability to assemble and fabricate components with precision and care.
