A part time role reporting to the Manager/Supervisor team. Mixing the arts, education and entertainment in one bright and exciting venue!
Job Summary
Responsible for providing a first-class experience for our visitors with exceptional customer service, creating and promoting a positive atmosphere and guest focused culture within the experience.
Includes weekend and evening shifts
All of our team are guest focused and the role is varied, with an aim to ensure all guests have the best possible experience whilst at the venue. This includes but is not limited to:
Box office work
Gift shop working
Introducing guests to Virtual Reality and setting them up on a unique journey
Meet and greet guests whilst scanning tickets
Answering visitor queries
Adhering to, and monitoring guests' adherence to, all safety procedures
All/ any other duties which enhance the visitor's experience
The role will require standing and/or walking for much of the time
Following reasonable management requests in order to maintain smooth operational standards
Venue upkeep and tidying
