are offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated

Guest Service Assistant

to join our

close-knit Nights Team

. Your overall responsibilities will include ensuring the

safety and security of guests and property

, and providing

exceptional customer service and leadership

throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

Working alongside

our experienced Nights Team

Breakfast Preparation

in line with current SOPs & Food Hygiene Guidelines Handling any

Guest Complaints

or

Emergencies

promptly and professionally, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the guest and in line with hotel policies. Assisting with

Administrative Tasks

such as preparing reports & running Night Audits Completing nightly

Cleaning Tasks

Following our

Award Winning

, International Brand Standards

Work Closely

with our 24-hour on-site Security Team

Requirements & Desirable Attributes

To join our excellent & highly experienced team, we recommend the following requirements are met.

Hotel Experience

(

ideally on Nights,

but this is not essential)

Excellent communication

and

interpersonal skills

, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.

Strong problem-solving abilities

, with a proactive approach to resolving issues. Flexibility to work night shifts,

including weekends and public holidays

.

Knowledge of HotelKey PMS

(not essential, training will be provided)

Basic computer skills

.
