Guest Service Assistant

This role is ALL about the guests and delivering outstanding service for them. You will take a friendly approach to providing a safe, hospitable, and positively memorable experience. Reception, Restaurant and Bar ... wherever our guests are, that's where you'll be, ready to be the host with the most.

Your Duties as a Guest Service Assistant

You will provide a personable first point of contact to anyone entering the hotel and be responsive to all situations professionally, promptly, and efficiently. Deliver a fantastic experience during our breakfast and dinner service Maintain a clean and pleasant environment and ensuring all our guest's needs are met. Ensures all guests receive prompt, cordial attention, and personal recognition Liaise with other staff in relation to staff shortages and cover shifts when necessary

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To succeed in the role of Guest Service Assistant you will need the following qualities and skills.

Outstanding communication skills Ensure our guests receive an exceptional level of service and want to return Anticipate guests' needs and provide service to exceed their expectations Comply with brand, hotel, and company operating standards Adhere to departmental Standards of Performance Maintain good working relationships with colleagues Take a responsible approach towards timekeeping and attendance at work to ensure the department always runs efficiently, and to assist in the event of absence cover Have excellent personal presentation and always adhere to the company standards of appearance Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and commitment to every task undertaken Strive to be the best in what you do, taking care and pride in your work Experience within a customer facing role is preferred. A can-do attitude Computer literate with a professional telephone voice
