Bicester Hotel, Golf and Spa has an exiting opportunity for a Resort Guest Experience Coordinator. Set in stunning Oxfordshire countryside, 4-star Bicester Hotel, Golf and Spa is surrounded by 11 lakes, with convenient access to the M40.
The Guest Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about hospitality and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all things reception, reservations, bookings and customer service!
Duties
Ability to multi-task: telephones, computers and guests that are in front of you. Quick thinking, ability to give clear, concise directions (walking, driving and verbal), recommend activities and services as well as information for the local area.
Provide personal services of the highest level that may include, but not limited, to reservations in Golf, Bedrooms, Restaurant, Spa, taxi ordering and other activities within the resort
Coordinate the resort diary for Spa, Bedrooms, Golf including the checking in and out and booking process
Ensure the resort's payment policy and procedures are adhered to
Ensure all guest enquiries are responded to in line with company policy in a prompt and efficient manor
Ensure all group information is detailed and communicated to all relevant departments
Have full understanding and knowledge of all areas of the resort including pricing, offers and Menus
Be knowledgeable of all in-house and arriving guests
Meet with guests and provide outstanding customer service to all guests and visitors.
Maximise on all revenue opportunities
Ensure reservations are complete by following company procedure when it comes to, reservations checks, no-show policy, cancellations and ensure changes are communicated
Provide porterage where necessary
Provide pre-arrival support for guests arriving with packages/baggage.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all vendors and merchants.
Facilitate correspondence for guests..
Skills
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
Strong background in hotel experience or related fields is essential.
Proven expertise in guest services with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
