At North East Escapes, we provide premium holiday experiences across one of the UK's most beautiful coastlines. Based in the heart of Alnwick, we are dedicated to showcasing the very best of Northumberland. We are looking for a reliable, organised, and pro-active Property Account Manager to join our Alnwick-based team. We know that the "perfect fit" isn't just about a CV; it's about someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being out on the road as much as being in the office.

The Role



This is a role for a Property Account Manager at North East Escapes, based in our Alnwick office. The Property Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day client communication and management. You will deal with homeowners and guests to ensure the highest standard of relationships are built and maintained.

While you will manage the property lifecycle, your primary focus will be the Guest Service function. You will be the brand ambassador, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless stay, while also taking responsibility for the essential operational "engine" of the business: housekeeping and linen management.

Key Responsibilities:



Guest Services: Leading all guest communications, resolving service queries with speed and empathy, and ensuring a five-star experience from check-in to check-out. Owner Management: Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with homeowners through regular updates and transparent management. Housekeeping & Linen: Supporting with the logistics of linen and cleaning schedules to ensure every property meets our exacting premium standards. Operational Support: Reporting maintenance tasks and ensuring properties comply with local regulations.

This is a "people-first" business. We are looking for a candidate who is as comfortable building rapport with a client as they are coordinating a busy schedule.

Required & Desirable Criteria:



Excellent Communication: A natural ability to build rapport and handle queries with professionalism. Strong Organisational Skills: You must be able to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the holiday home management industry or experience with booking platforms is a significant advantage. Independent & Collaborative: The ability to work independently on the road and effectively within the Alnwick office team. Technical Literacy: Experience with property software and an understanding of local property maintenance/regulations.

Requirements:



Clean Driving Licence: Essential for visiting our portfolio of properties. Flexibility: 40 hours per week over 7 days. Weekend work is a requirement of this role to support our peak guest periods.

The Package



Salary: Competetive per annum. Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays, plus an extra day of holiday for each year of service. Benefits: Company pension scheme and a supportive, growth-oriented work culture.
