Delta Hotels by Marriott Edinburgh are on the look-out for a Guest Experience Expert to join our team!

Main Responsibilities:
Using our company standard to anticipate and deliver on guests needs Confident and professional engagement with guests at all times Ensuring every process involved in check-in and check-out are completed Processing all payments types including room charges, cash and debit/credit Communicate between departments appropriately on specific guest requests
Providing helpful information and recommendations to our guests
