Your new role:
In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the base, providing exceptional guest experience to all passengers, visitors, and crew in line with the Signature Service Programme. You will carry out ramp services as required for the operation, offering assistance to crews and liaising with ground handling services where necessary, as directed by the guest and the General Manager. You will also carry out quality checks, bulk fuel vehicles with Jet A1 at the fuel yard, and deliver Jet A1/Avgas fuel to customers' aircraft.
You will liaise with guests and provide information relevant to their flight requirements, while ensuring compliance with all requirements, guidelines, and formalities set by the airport authority, UK Border Force, and Special Branch, including passport, customs, and immigration procedures. You will be fully conversant with the CFMU, Signet, and SHEEBA systems.
As part of your responsibilities, you will raise and process invoices, assist guests and suppliers with their invoicing queries, and proactively cross-check invoices to ensure accurate billing. You will also ensure that the correct levels of supplies such as tea, coffee, soft drinks, and biscuits are maintained within VIP lounge areas, while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all VIP areas.
You will demonstrate a willingness to learn how to carry out all ramp services required for the operation, as well as how to perform quality checks, bulk fuel vehicles with Jet A1 at the fuel yard, and deliver Jet A1/Avgas fuel to guests' aircraft.
About You:
Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
IT Literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes - Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Additional languages are desirable
Valid and clean driving licence
