Your new role:




As Guest Operations Specialist you will help coordinate the smooth running of our Edinburgh Airport base which includes liaising with aircraft operators, travel organizers, the airport authority, third-party suppliers, air crew, passengers and relevant authorities to co-ordinate the arrival and departure of our clients' aircraft at the airport.


You will be the face of the business providing world class service to our customers, ensuring a smooth transition through our facility whilst safely delivering ground services to our customers' aircraft, including towing and fuelling.

About You:




Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment Excellent interpersonal skills IT Literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes - Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Additional languages are desirable Valid and clean driving licence
