Guest Relations Assistant

As the

Guest Relations Assistant

you will be expected to take complete control and accountability for the internal and external booking process, ensuring the highest level of service is offered to all guests. You will drive our vibrant venue where great drinks and food meets an interactive experience through social media channels.



The ideal candidate would possess excellent knowledge of social media, reservations and concierge but most importantly be passionate about hospitality. You will be resourceful, efficient, and have an outstanding eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:




Monitor online bookings and take new bookings via phone and email. Book packages alongside the hotel to maximise revenue and create a great guest experience Control all social media platforms, ensuing guest queries are responded to in a timely manner. Deal with group packages from birthdays to hen do's ensuring the process is seamless for the guest. Drive new business creating relationships with local business and new clients Manage guest flow and seating arrangements to maximize efficiency, especially during busy periods. Resolve guest issues and complaints swiftly, finding solutions to enhance their experience and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide on-the-job training and mentoring for new staff, ensuring they are well integrated into the team and familiar with the venue's operations. Implementing promotional events or special activities to drive customer engagement and boost sales. Keeping the team up to date.

Background in a busy establishment is preferred - so you will understand how we work and settle in quickly Excellent Customer service skills, standards-driven, good organisational skills To be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and to enjoy it To be great at up-selling - anticipating customer needs A passion for delivering great customer experiences. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
