We are seeking a dedicated and personable Guest Service Agent to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly disposition, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently.

Duties

Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Manage reservations and cancellations through our booking system. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with phone inquiries, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Uphold the hotel's standards of service and cleanliness at all times.

Skills

Strong background in guest services within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
