B&B Hotels Derby is looking for dedicated professionals to join our friendly and well regarded Food & Beverage team as a Guest Service Agent. Our hotel provides a fun and relaxed space with service that is welcoming and personal. Whether it's the hotel's retro and relaxed ambience, the casually dressed professional staff team or the console games being played in the lounge; this is a fun place to work and a fabulous place for guests to enjoy.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills and enjoy working with a busy and passionate staff, across all the Food & Beverage aspects of the business. You will be well presented, eager to exceed customer expectations and be able to deliver a warm and welcoming approach.
You will ideally have experience within a similar role or have worked in a customer service, or F&B environment.
Key responsibilities
Dealing with guest enquiries Taking payments Serving food in our restaurant and drinks at the bars Working in conference & events Liaising with the kitchen, reception and the bar and with the appropriate departments to maintain a high quality service for our customers
