Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Shift and schedule



6-8 hour shifts Overtime opportunities Weekend availability Working 3 evenings a week

Responsibilities



Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the hotel management system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel. Assist with administrative tasks as required to support the front desk operations.

Skills



Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Proficient in phone etiquette and maintaining a professional demeanour at all times. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
