This role reports directly to the Guest Service Manager.
What you'll do

Strong communication skills and the confidence to work as part of a team.
A proactive approach. (You notice what needs to be done and make it happen!)
Comfortable using technology, including MS Office and similar tools.
If you're friendly, motivated, and love making people's day, this could be the role for you!
What's in it for you
Career development through fully funded apprenticeships and our internal development programme.
Discounts on hotel stays and a variety of major retailers, restaurants and days out.
Free use of our gyms, pools, and leisure facilities.
