We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and reliable

Gym Assistant / Team Member

to join our team! This is a

part-time

role that plays a key part in the day-to-day running of the gym and supporting our members to have the best experience possible.

What You'll Be Doing:

Carrying out daily cleaning and hygiene tasks to keep the gym spotless and safe for all members Assisting members with memberships and giving them a warm welcome Handling front desk duties and general gym admin tasks Engaging with members on the gym floor, offering help and advice when needed Resolving issues with a calm and confident approach Ensuring our high customer service standards are consistently met Helping to keep equipment well-maintained and organised

What We're Looking For:

A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic Confident and friendly communication skills A genuine passion for fitness and basic knowledge of gym equipment A team player who's happy to jump in and help wherever needed Previous customer service experience is desirable Weekend availability is a must
