At Swole Gym, the gym assistant's primary role is to support the smooth operation of a gym facility and provide excellent customer service. This includes assisting members with equipment usage, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and handling inquiries. Additionally, they may be involved in promoting the gym's services and activities, and responding to emergencies.
Typical duties will include:
Welcoming and assisting members
Handling enquiries
Promoting and selling gym services
Maintain a positive environment
Ensuring gym cleanliness
Monitoring equipment
Health and safety
Follow safety protocols
Support fitness/personal trainers
Maintain a safe environment
Possibility to run their own group fitness classes (qualifications required)

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
