Position: Gym Manager/Head of Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gym Manager/Head of Sales to take full responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of our gym and driving membership growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to join a fast-growing and community-focused Jiu-Jitsu academy.

The Role:

This role combines gym management with sales leadership. You will oversee all aspects of operations while driving the full sales process, from prospecting and member onboarding to retention strategies. A personable and professional approach is essential, as you will also act as the face of the gym, welcoming and assisting members at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective strategies to grow membership and meet sales targets.
Gym Operations: Ensure the gym operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
Customer Engagement: Foster relationships with current and prospective members, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
Marketing Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to promote membership campaigns and events.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Bonus Skills (Desirable):

Experience in managing high-end fitness sales.
Content creation and experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
Previous experience in gym or facility management.
Knowledge of social media marketing and engagement strategies.
