Our Gym Manager position is all about ownership of your club, we want you to love it, feed it and protect it like a Tiger with its cub. It's not a job where you can hide in the office or lead from the back, keeping your gym tidy and clean is the top priority, got OCD? Great!! We do too, if you love clean changing rooms, toilets and dumbbells all in the right place you'll fit right in. It's a job for people who want to get stuck in and get things done.
We provide support and training but the rest is up to you and we expect you to bring it, every single day!
Fitness experience is preferred but not essential - the ability to wield a mop like a samurai warrior and wrestle Henry the Hoover into submission is essential.
