Key Performance Objectives
To ensure Club KPIs are achieved in line with the business plan.
To ensure the Company's training services and programming are delivered in line with The Confidence Coach standards.
To ensure all trialists are onboarded and nurtured through their trial period - to convert as many as possible to full membership.
To ensure gym operations are run in accordance with Company S.O.P's and Health and Safety regulations.
To recruit, manage, support and develop all staff so they deliver the best possible service to The Confidence Coach members.
K.O.1
The GM may be responsible for conversions from leads to trials.
The GM will be responsible for conversions from trials, to full members.
The GM will also be responsible for retention of current members, in concert with the Head Coach & coaching team, as well as helping to develop a referral culture.
Responsible for sharing KPIs with the team to help foster a 'sales' culture where every member of the team understands their role in the sales process.
Responsible for reporting KPI figures, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, to senior management
K.O.2
Ensure the coaching team understands The Confidence Coach training philosophy and methodology.
Ensure the coaching team are capable of delivering coaching in a SGPT as well as class setting, to the highest possible standards.
To ensure all coaches maintain a high level of knowledge and keep abreast of new trends and developments in the industry.
To ensure all new staff undergo a thorough training period so they can deliver coaching to the required Confidence Coach standards.
K.O.3
To oversee trial onboarding process:
Contact new joiners to arrange, and then undertake, the initial assessment/evaluation.
Track trialist progress over the first 21-days, including regular contact in line with the outlined nurture sequence.
Ensure trialists are provided with programmes in line with their needs.
Ensure trialists receive outstanding service, and delivery, on every visit to The Confidence Coach Club.
Be the point of contact in handover to the coaching team.
K.O.4
Ensure all areas of the facility are in full working order:
Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, 6 monthly and annual checks are being completed
Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained to avoid 'down-time'.
Ensure non-training areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Ensure all Health and Safety directives are complied with and the facility is audited in-line with recommended intervals.
Ensure that our club is at showroom standard at all times.
To react quickly and efficiently to any issue.
K.O.5
To develop a recruitment pipeline of future coaches.
To ensure new staff are onboarded, trained and developed to allow them to deliver the best possible product.
To regularly feedback and review coach performance and conduct development meetings for all staff members.
Work closely with the Managing Director to develop ongoing coach education programmes specific to the needs of individual coaches.

Requirements
Proven management experience within the fitness or retail industry, with supervising or team management responsibilities
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure
Experience in sales management and administrative tasks
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining standards of cleanliness and safety
Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team towards shared goals
Previous experience in customer service roles demonstrating professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Personal Training qualifications and a proven track record of being a skilled and experienced coach.
