`We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Gymnastics Coach. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the head coach in running effective training sessions, ensuring the safety of children in classes, and fostering a positive environment for both coaches and gymnasts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the head coach in planning and executing training sessions to enhance the skills of gymnasts.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children during classes, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for coaches and gymnasts, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Provide feedback and support to gymnasts & parents to help them improve their skills and reach their full potential.
Qualifications/Experience:
- A keen interest in sports and a passion for working with children.
- Gymnastics level 1 is required & a gymnastics level 2 is desirable but not mandatory.
- Paediatric first aid certification is desirable but not mandatory.
