Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a desire to educate young athletes in the art of gymnastics. This role involves developing training programmes, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

Responsibilities

Design and implement gymnastics training programmes tailored to various skill levels. Educate students on proper techniques, routines, and safety practices. Conduct regular assessments of each gymnast's progress and provide constructive feedback. Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes teamwork and personal growth. Organise and lead practice sessions, ensuring all equipment is safe and properly maintained. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and gymnastics trends to enhance training methods.

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in gymnastics or related disciplines. Strong ability to educate and inspire young athletes, fostering their love for the sport. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with students and parents effectively. Ability to demonstrate techniques clearly and provide constructive criticism. Strong organisational skills to manage training schedules and events efficiently. A positive attitude with a passion for promoting physical fitness and well-being among youth.
Qualification Requirements

- Level 2 in general or artistic gymnastics

- Level 1 in general or artistic gymnastics
