Well we're looking for a motivated Hair Salon Manager to join and lead our friendly team of 9 in a busy, modern, and well-established salon located in a lovely, affluent area. This could be your next opportunity.

Our current manager Sarah wants to focus on her hairdressing and leave the management responsibilities to someone else.

This is a hands-on role combining salon management with a busy client column, ideal for a professional who loves both the creative and operational sides of the industry.

What You'll Do:

Run and grow your own loyal client base ( clients waiting)

Oversee day-to-day salon operations

Keep accurate financial reports, H&S and fire records

Motivate and manage a passionate team

Handle holidays, stock control, and staff development

Maintain a positive, welcoming salon atmosphere

What We're Looking For:

A qualified stylist with at least 5 years of salon experience

Previous experience in a management or senior role is ideal but not essential

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.

Basic PC skills including MS excel

A passion for people, hairdressing, and delivering excellent client care
