Summary

We are seeking a talented Manager / Hair Stylist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality hair styling services while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Your creativity and passion for hair will play a vital role in helping our clients look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

Provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure client safety. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. Manage stock and be responsible for the daily running of the hair salon Handle front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs. Familiarity with various hair products and techniques, including eyelash extensions and makeup application is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
