We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join the Aspire team

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in barbering and hair styling, along with exceptional customer service skills. This role involves not only providing high-quality hair services but also contributing to the overall management of the store, mentoring junior stylists, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Responsibilities

Deliver a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling, tailored to meet individual client needs. Hair Extensions Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are in excellent condition. Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options. Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to store revenue. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon culture that prioritises customer experience.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Strong organisational skills for managing appointments and maintaining store operations. Experience in store management is an advantage but not essential. Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining client satisfaction. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
