We are looking for a young , talented, Trainee Stylists to join our dynamic team. This Candidates must be passionate about hair, be a excellent communicator and have a keen interest in learning and developing new skills.
As a Trainee Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, enhance your technique, and contribute to a vibrant salon atmosphere.
Duties:-
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Support front desk operations by managing appointments and greeting clients warmly.
Maintain a clean and organised salon adhering to health and safety regulations.
Assist the other stylist when free
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth salon operations.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in hairdressing.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate in English effectively with clients.
Keen interest in upselling products and services within a salon environment.
Knowledge of beauty techniques is advantageous but not essential.
A willingness to learn new skills and techniques
